1. Acceptance of Terms

By configuring, installing, or executing the FSM Rclone software utility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not configure or execute the Application.

2. Purpose & Permitted Use

FSM Rclone is operated by FSM Systems as an administrative and personal file synchronization tool. It is provided to automate direct file transfers between local filesystems and Google Drive storage accounts.

You agree to use FSM Rclone exclusively for lawful purposes and in adherence to all applicable laws and storage quotas.

Your use of FSM Rclone with Google Drive is strictly conditioned upon compliance with:

FSM Rclone utilizes standard OAuth 2.0 device authorization flows. You acknowledge that:

  • OAuth tokens are generated and stored exclusively on your local storage device.
  • You are solely responsible for securing your machine and configuration files (such as rclone.conf) from unauthorized physical or network access.
  • You may revoke authentication privileges at any time via your Google Account Permissions Dashboard.

5. User Responsibility & Synchronization Flags

Important Command Line Notice: Certain synchronization operations (such as sync with --delete-after or destructive copy commands) are capable of modifying or permanently removing remote files in Google Drive. Users are strongly urged to verify directory paths and conduct dry runs using --dry-run before executing sync routines.

FSM Systems assumes no responsibility for accidental file overwrites, deletions, or data corruption resulting from user configuration or command invocation.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

FSM Rclone is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall FSM Systems, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
